1905 NZ Villa Renovation
This is the spot for working in the winter, sunny, warm ( as high as 30 degrees without heating) and surrounded by lovely greens and birds outside. We paint it with chalkboard paint top to bottom, so that we can write the plan, design ideas and quotes freely on the wall and wipe it off as we want. lots of open shelves are installed in the room to store books, craft supplies and tools.
