Living Room and Kitchen Layout

Hello! How would you lay out these two rooms? I want a TV but I don’t want it to be the focal point and would like a bit more storage in the kitchen (maybe a breakfast bar?), and then a dining table either in the lounge or kitchen.

There are boxy radiators under the windows and I would prefer not to redo the kitchen, just move the furniture

At the moment the dining table is in the kitchen and the TV is in the bottom left corner.
