    Hi Holly, the infinity edge of the pool meets the pool compliance requirements by being 1.2 metres high and non climbable. There is a gate behind the wall at the other end of the pool that allows access to the upper deck and pool entry.


    A lot of design work went into making this pool comply as there were several different barriers preventing access to the pool including the pool wall, rear feature wall, boundary fence and pool gate. These were all assessed under a different part of the regulation so it was quite technical.

    Thank you for your response, is this NSW and when was this approved. I believe regulations may have changed since as I am continuously being told it's not possible now.
