The floor got damaged using the purple scotch tape.

Is that normal? My CG put the tape for a few hours and now there's a bit where it peeled the coats.
Another company installed engineered flooring in our home and applied 1 coat of stain and 3 of sealer, Bona brand. Is it normal for the floor to be this delicate? What is the best way to repair it?
