please could you tell me the dimensions of this kitchen and the height

Hi we love this kitchen and would like to do something very similar. Please could you tell me the dimensions of the room, the island and the ceiling height. We note the floor was dropped to get those beautiful tall end windows , how hard is this to do/ what factors need consideration?

    Hi, thanks for the comment. The room dimensions are 4.7m wide x 8.6m long. Island dimensions are 2650mm x 1500mm. the ceiling height is 3m by the back doors and 3.6m inside the coffer ceiling. There is a lot of work involved to dig out the space and to correctly insulate it, and therefore it is worth consideing the cost. It is worth considering how far you want to drop the floor by and how much you are able to achieve this without distrubing the foundations of the property.
