Is this composite decking?

Hi there
This looks like composite decking.
I’d love to know what brand it is and to hear any views on its performance. How would it cope in an Australian climate where we experience some 40 degree days in Summer?
Very grateful for any insights.

    Hi Heather, this is actually treated lumbar that the builder used before my clients purchased the home. It's held up fairly well, but I do believe composite wood like Trex would serve you better (https://au.trex.com/). Though you can't see in this photo, there were places where the treated lumbar was splitting or compromised from water/salt air since this home is on the intracoastal waterway. Also, the builder didn't use galvanized, aluminum or stainless steel nails so the nails were rusty in some places.
