I am a general contractor. I'm building my own house. I just laid random width white and red reclaimed barnwood hardwood flooring. full of saw marks , holes. nots. etc. questions

I will be sanding floor with a white buffer pad with a 120 screen. so not to take the natural patina of the wood. sound ok??

the flooring goes into the kitchen and whole house. should I use loba supra Matt or loba protect...... bona traffic hd extra matte or natutale???

and ideas on either using black or clear epoxy to fill large holes?

I recently put Bona down and it has held up great for years. Whatever you do, I would make sure it has little to no sheen. That wood looks great raw and natural. If the product is thicker or has some sheen, knocking down the sheen with a 3M pad, or a "scuff buff" would help. Looks great!

Used Rubio Monocoat for my reclaimed wood floor. Super easy application. I love it five years later. I got sample size bottles in a few colors and tested them an strips of my wood. I ended up mixing two colors to match my cabinets. It is low luster, which I think looks great.
