    I have traveled to work in a number of states, but my business, Artistic Effects Studio LLC, is located in the St. Louis, MO area. I am a decorative painter and faux finisher, but I do not paint murals. I do not quite understand what you are wanting. You will need to be more specific with any artist you contact. This is custom work and to ask a discount of a fine custom artist may be misconstrued. Since you appear to be on the east coast, you might want to contact a mural artist in your city.
