What are the dimensions of this room? And height of the risers?

And what is the height of the risers for the seating? This theater is awesome, and it looks like there isn't a bad seat in the whole thing.

This was one of the most enjoyable projects we’ve ever worked
on! Our team of designers and contractors worked for about 18 months to
bring the client's dream into reality, overcoming many obstacles.

The room itself is about 28’ deep and 18’ wide. Each riser is
about 15” high with one long ramp leading down the side.

As far as the seating goes, the client loves to entertain so
maximizing the area with as many chairs as possible was very important to him.
Two rows? Not enough! He needed three so how do we do it? Obviously we
couldn’t go up through the joist into the family room so the answer was to go
down by jack hammering out 30” of stone and concrete and installing a proper
drainage system. And that was only the beginning……
